Isla Verde lies approximately 3.5 miles east from the Condado neighborhood, bounds on the north with the Atlantic Ocean, south with the Luis Muñoz Marin (SJU) International Airport and east with the Isla Verde public beach. It is an enchanting residential area mainly for its location just bordering the ocean along this magical beach area.
